■ Returns/cancellations

□ About returns and cancellations
As a general rule, we do not accept changes to order details, exchanges or returns of products after the order has been confirmed.

□ Exceptions to returns
As a general rule, we do not accept exchanges or returns of products.
As an exception, within 3 days after receiving the product, we will accept exchanges and returns only if the product arrives different from the order or if the product is defective.
In the above cases, the shipping fee for returning the product will be borne by us.
Please contact us using the inquiry form with a description of the condition of the product and a photo of the product.
In addition, we will accept size exchanges only for unused items.
Size exchanges are accepted only in the following cases.
We do not accept exchanges before the product is shipped.

*If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we may not be able to respond.

・When excessive returns and exchanges are repeated
・If you want to return or exchange 5 or more items with the same product number ・If the product is different from the image before purchase
*We cannot deal with products that have been intentionally damaged or defaced.

□ Cancellation
At our company, once an order has been confirmed, it will automatically proceed to shipping work by system cooperation, so we cannot respond to cancellations or changes to order details after confirmation.
Due to the sale of new products, we would like to ask you to check once again whether the products are correct and enjoy your shopping.


□Cancellation due to flood of orders/out of stock
If there is a rush of orders, there may be cases where you can order more than the number of stock due to the convenience of the payment system.
If this happens, we may cancel the order that has been confirmed after the stock is out of stock.
In case of cancellation, we will contact you by email and refund the full amount of your payment.

It may take more than 40 days if there is a notice of delay in shipping in advance, if there are long holidays such as national holidays, Obon holidays, New Year's holidays, etc., and if there is a concentration of orders due to sales of new products.

□ About cash on delivery
We do not currently offer cash on delivery service. Purchases can only be made from the shop.

□Regarding mistakes in your address, phone number, and email address
If the shipped product is returned due to an incorrect address, long-term absence, etc., the order will be canceled once. If you would like to purchase it, please place your order again.
*In case of cancellation, the payment amount will be refunded. (You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.)
*Since it will be returned to stock when it is returned, there may be cases where the product is out of stock and cannot be prepared even if you order again. Please note.

・Postal code is not entered correctly
・The number of digits in the postal code is different from the correct one
・Address information is not listed
・An address that does not exist is registered
・Only the name of the company is listed
・The address is written in a language other than Japanese

・ Only the area code is listed (only 080, etc.)
・The number of digits in the phone number is incorrect (one digit too many, one digit too few, etc.)
・A phone number that does not exist is registered
・Overseas phone numbers are registered (currently, only phone numbers that can be used in Japan can be used as shipping information)
・The phone number is written in non-numeric characters (use of Chinese numerals, etc.)
